Chief Residents Dinner

The annual Chief Residents’ Dinner is held at the end of the academic year to honor the residents who have completed their training in general surgery. Dinner is held at the The Charles F. Knight Executive Education Center located on the beautiful Danforth Campus of Washington University. Cocktails are served in the outdoor courtyard while guests enjoy the surroundings of the distinctive academic gothic architecture, which has become an integral part of the history of Washington University. After dinner, awards are given for dedication to learning and teaching, and the chiefs are recognized for their outstanding performance at one of the world’s premier medical schools before beginning their careers as general surgeons.
