Meet our Residency Coordinator
Michelle TuetkenMichelle Tuetken is the Graduate Medical Education (GME) residency coordinator for the General Surgery Residency Training Program at Washington University School of Medicine. Michelle has nearly a decade of experience in GME with residency and fellowship programs. Recently Michelle has begun writing for various on-line GME publications. She is a member of a national task force for GME Coordinators and attends various meetings within the department and institution. She has attended several national meetings, led focus groups and shared her experiences with colleagues across the country. Michelle is an alumna of Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Journalism. She is passionate about her role at Washington University School of Medicine and says that the best part of it all is the relationships she has with the residents, fellows and their families.
